Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Game Tester to join our team at Jash Entertainment. As a Game Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our 2D and 3D games. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in game testing and possess a passion for gaming.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in game testing
• Strong knowledge of game testing methodologies, strategies, and best practices
• Ability to generate and execute test cases based on game requirements
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira
• Experience with functionality and non-functionality testing, including usability and compatibility testing
• Passion for gaming and a good understanding of gaming concepts
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of our 2D and 3D games to identify and report bugs, glitches, and issues
• Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the functionality and performance of games
• Perform both functionality and non-functionality testing, including usability and compatibility testing
• Collaborate with game designers and developers to debug and resolve issues
• Track and document bugs using bug tracking tools like Jira
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality of games
• Participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process to ensure a seamless gaming experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in game testing
• Assist in the continuous improvement of our game testing processes and methodologies
