Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Game Designer to join our team at Jash Entertainment. As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing captivating gameplay experiences for our 2D and 3D games. This is a full-time position located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with a junior-level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in game design
• Proficiency in game design software, such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics and player psychology
• Ability to create compelling narratives and engaging storylines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to iterate on designs based on feedback
• Passion for gaming and staying updated with industry trends

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop unique and engaging gameplay mechanics, levels, and features
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure game design aligns with technical capabilities
• Create game design documents, including game concepts, storylines, and level design plans
• Prototype and iterate game mechanics, balancing gameplay elements for optimal player experience
• Conduct playtesting sessions and gather feedback to improve game design
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in game design
• Collaborate with artists and programmers to integrate game assets and implement features
• Work closely with the creative director and project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance game design and player engagement
