Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in blockchain development. Strong software development background
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Go
• Strong understanding of blockchain frameworks and protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger)
• Experience with smart contract creation and deployment
• Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and security protocols
• Ability to design and implement secure and efficient blockchain solutions
• Familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps) and their integration
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices for blockchain development

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure and scalable blockchain solutions based on business requirements
• Experience working with large codebases
• Experience working with open-source projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain functionality into existing systems
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript {{ Depending on the project }}
• Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve
• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and tools. Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
• Implement smart contracts and ensure their proper functioning
• Optimize blockchain systems for optimal performance
• Develop protocols and standards for blockchain applications
• Familiarity with basic cryptography.
• Familiarity with P2P networks
• Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains
• Strong knowledge of Solidity
• Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug blockchain applications as needed
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the blockchain industry
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
