Job Overview
Janani Mithra Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Teller Operations professional to join our team in Ernakulam. - Cash Handling: Experience and accuracy in handling and processing cash transactions to ensure financial integrity.

- Math Skills: Solid mathematical abilities to perform financial calculations swiftly and accurately.
- Problem Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Banking Procedures: Familiarity with common banking procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering banking product information.
- Ensure the accuracy and security of transactions, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Handle and reconcile cash drawer in a precise manner, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
- Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate banking services or specialists.
- Support branch operations by performing administrative tasks such as record keeping and data entry.
