Junior Electrician position with 1 to 3 years of experience. Full-Time employment in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications and Skills

• Junior Electrician with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in control panel wiring, PLCs, I/O modules, and VFDS.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work on various projects and tasks as assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on automation systems and equipment.
• Work on control panel wiring, PLCs, I/O modules, and VFDS.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify and resolve problems effectively.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement electrical solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide technical assistance and support to other team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical work performed, including repairs, modifications, and updates.
• Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, and communicate progress to supervisors.
