Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Receptionist to join our team in Mohali with client- Day Care. The ideal candidate will handle queries, manage staff, and assist in planning and managing the daily routine of kids with staff and teachers. The Receptionist will also function as the center head and be responsible for all administrative and daily routine work management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Queries: Address and resolve inquiries from parents, staff, and visitors promptly and professionally.
- Manage Staff: Oversee and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork.
- Plan Daily Routine: Collaborate with staff and teachers to plan and organize the daily routine for kids, ensuring a structured and engaging environment.
- Assist with Kids: Provide assistance in managing kids along with the staff when required, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Center Head Duties: Act as the center head, taking responsibility for the overall management and operation of the center.
- Administrative Duties: Manage all administrative tasks, including maintaining records, handling correspondence, and overseeing the daily operations of the center.
- Daily Routine Management: Ensure the smooth execution of daily activities and routines, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in a similar role or in administrative management is preferred.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and professionalism.
- A passion for working with children and ensuring their development and well-being.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred.
