Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Store Manager for our Mumbai location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in a senior position. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership and strategic skills will be vital in driving the success of our store while upholding Jaipur Rugs' core values of kindness and craftsmanship.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Leadership skills to drive and motivate a diverse team towards achieving store objectives (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong visual merchandising skills to create appealing store layouts that attract customers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize store performance.
  • Experience in team management including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Budgeting skills to manage store finances effectively and maximize profitability.
  • Problem-solving aptitude to address any issues efficiently and maintain store operations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards of performance and appearance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to enhance the store's visual appeal and drive sales.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements where needed.
  • Manage store budgets and expenditures to achieve financial objectives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
