Job description

Jainson Locks is looking for hardcore Sales professionals who are experienced in driving sales through Online and Tele-sales channels. It requires one to have excellent communication skills and negotiation and sales process.

Apart from the CTC, this position offers lucrative incentives based on the targets achieved.


Roles and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be:

1.) Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.

2.) Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.

3.) Ability to convert high revenue leads.

4.) Ability to retain customers to increase repeat business.

5.) Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.

6.) Maintain all clients contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.

7.) Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.


Desired candidate profile:

1. Graduate in any stream.

2. Experience in online / telesales / telemarketing.

3. Proficiency in spoken English is a must.

4. Familiarity with e-commerce and its components

5. Highly analytical, self-driven individuals preferred.
