1. SalesExecutive has to handle Assigned territory and should have exp in Locks, Hardware & sanitary ware, Plywood, Ceramic, Cement, Furniture hardware, Fasteners, Adhesive’s, Paints, Chemical for home furnishing, Domestic use machinery, electronics’ Product Sales Like, Locks, Door Handles, Hinges, Fasteners, Home Furnishing tools, etc.
2. Establishing strategic alliances/tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
3. Should have exp in Whole Seller Sales, Distributary Sales, Channel Sales and Super Stockiest...
4. Should have very good relations with whole Seller who have good contacts with Micro Interior retailers, or remote place retailers.
5. Hands of Knowledge on territory on channel Sales Business developments.
6. Monitoring and motivating dealer performance and implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets...
7. Responsible for demand forecasting and indenting stocks based on market needs ensuring optimum availability of products across all SKUs; handling logistics activities
