Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Boy to join our team at Jain Software. The Office Boy will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This is a Full-Time position for freshers with less than 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be punctual, have basic computer knowledge, be able to manage time effectively, and exhibit loyalty and a sense of humor.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performing various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office premises
• Assisting in the preparation of meetings and events by setting up conference rooms and arranging refreshments
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Running errands, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents
• Assisting in basic troubleshooting of office equipment and reporting any issues
• Monitoring and replenishing office supplies
• Assisting other team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed
