**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Laravel Developer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Firebase, and Flutter. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining complex web and mobile applications and providing mentorship to junior developers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.

- Design and manage database systems with MySQL.

- Build and integrate real-time applications using Firebase.

- Develop cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-stack development.

- Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.

- Strong experience with MySQL database management.

- Expertise in Firebase for real-time application integration.

- Advanced knowledge of Flutter for mobile application development.

- Experience with Git version control.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
