- Facilitate change management processes.
- Support initiatives related to organizational culture and values.
Legal Compliance:
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
- Represent the organization during legal proceedings if necessary.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Implement initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.
- Provide training on diversity and inclusion topics.
Exit Management:
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during employee separations.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and offboarding processes.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide HR insights to support business decisions.
Communication:
