We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+years of experience to lead the

design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this critical role, you will be

responsible for architecting cutting-edge systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that

ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom

applications and integrations.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

certifications are highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

• Experience in implementing ADA Compliances is preferable.

• Knowledge on Microsoft Technologies & Cloud is added advantage.

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams.

• Strong client-facing and consulting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer solutions leveraging all appropriate components offered by ServiceNow to

answer the needs for business workflows, ticketing or other ITSM requirements.

• Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes,

Access Control, Email Notifications, Inbound Actions through HTML, Java script and Angular JS.

• Experience on implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge

Management, Configuration Management and Change Management.

• Experience working with flow designer, User administration, reporting and implementation of

REST and SOAP web services.

• Implement Service-Now customization through Client Scripts, UI and Data policies, UI Actions,

Script including, Business rules, catalog items, Record Producer, data imports, exports, and

Reports
