Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, Mid-Level Store Manager for our Pune location. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in store management, particularly in the Auto industry or a similar field. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in store management or a related field.
- Expertise in inventory control with a strong attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Proficiency in reconciliation processes to ensure all financial and physical inventory data match.
- Experience in handling logistics to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Effective vendor management skills to negotiate and maintain supplier relationships.
- Ability to manage purchase orders and ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
- Experience in maintaining stocks to ensure the store is appropriately stocked without over or under-stocking.
- Strong documentation skills to keep accurate records of all inventory, purchase, and vendor details.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of all inventories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular reconciliations of physical and system inventories.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely and quality procurement of goods, ensuring effective vendor relationships.
- Facilitate the logistics process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery and receipt of goods.
- Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order placement and receipt.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of inventory, purchases, and vendor details.
- Implement and maintain store procedures and policies to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
