Position Overview:
Intex Technologies India Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive for our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and hiring both technical and non-technical resources, negotiating salaries, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition to meet the company’s staffing needs in the competitive consumer durables and IT peripherals market.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and profiles.
- Sourcing and Attracting Talent:
- Utilize various job portals, with a focus on LinkedIn and Naukri, to source potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Technical Recruitment:
- Identify and hire candidates with expertise in Salesforce, DevOps, Azure, AWS, Big Data, and related fields.
- Focus on roles such as Architect, Lead, and Developer positions.
- Non-Technical Recruitment:
- Recruit for roles in HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners (HRBP), Business Analysts, Area Sales Managers (ASM), Territory Sales Managers (TSM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Branch Managers (BM), Corporate Finance Managers, etc.
- BFSI Sector Recruitment:
- Source and hire qualified candidates for roles within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Salary Negotiation:
- Conduct salary discussions and negotiate offers with prospective candidates to ensure alignment with company policies and market standards.
- Pipeline Management:
- Keep track of and maintain the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely updates and communication with all stakeholders.
- Onboarding and Induction:
- Manage the onboarding process, including induction and documentation, to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in the consumer durables and IT peripherals industry.
- Strong experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong understanding of various technical and non-technical roles.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
