Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, campaign management, and budget handling. They will be responsible for coordinating with agencies, generating leads, managing brand communication, and optimizing our presence on social media and search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  1. Offline Marketing:
  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print, events, and direct mail.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support field marketing activities and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  1. Agency Coordination:
  • Collaborate with external agencies for creative development, media buying, and other marketing services.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns through efficient agency management.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support sales targets.
  • Use data-driven approaches to identify and nurture potential leads through various marketing channels.
  1. Brand & Communication:
  • Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Develop compelling content for various platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing.
  1. Product Marketing:
  • Work closely with product development teams to understand product features and benefits.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
  1. Budget Handling:
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on marketing spend and ROI.
  1. Social Media & SEO:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Optimize content and campaigns for search engines to improve visibility and traffic.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and brand communication.
  • Experience in coordinating with external agencies and managing budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
