Job Summary:
The Area Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market growth for IT peripherals and computer components within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong background in dealer development, dealer appointment, channel sales, and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with dealers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned area.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and channel partners to enhance distribution networks.
- Manage and support existing dealers and channel partners, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive activity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide product training and support to dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
