Job Title: Senior Technical Architect - Salesforce (Automobile Lending - Non-Prime Customers)

Location: Remote (Working hours: 8-10 pm IST, 2-3 times per week) - Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad

Duration: 20 hours initially starting 1st February 2024 to determine scoping of project

Responsibilities:

Scoping of the Project:

Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Conduct a thorough analysis of the existing Salesforce setup for automobile lending for non-prime customers.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Basic Cleanup:

Review and optimize existing Salesforce configurations.

Identify and address any inconsistencies, redundancies, or outdated elements.

Discover, Design, and Build:

Work closely with the team in Canada to understand their needs and expectations.

Propose and implement solutions to enhance Salesforce functionality.

Lead the discovery, design, and implementation phases of new features or improvements.

Products in Use - Ultimate Edition:

Leverage the Ultimate edition to its full potential, including all Enterprise Edition functionality, Premier Support, full mobile access, unlimited custom apps, increased storage limits, and Lightning Platform access.

Develop and integrate new tools and applications to extend Salesforce capabilities.

CRM:

Implement and optimize CRM functionalities to streamline processes.

Develop process automation solutions to improve efficiency.

Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users.

Client Contacts and Community Portals:

Marketing Cloud

Manage a database of 50-60K contacts.

Build data extensions and design email campaigns.

Support and enhance community portals.

Marketing Cloud:

Utilize Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder and Audiences.

Integrate SMS functionality.

Develop and optimize custom dashboards for marketing analytics.

Future Considerations:

Plan for the integration of Service Cloud.

Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features for future enhancements.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Ultimate Edition.

Proven experience in CRM, process automation, and Marketing Cloud.

Experience with large-scale data management and community portals.

Ability to work during 8-10 pm IST, accommodating the team in Canada.

Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
