Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote real estate agents and their listings.

Create and execute effective campaigns across various online channels, including websites, Facebook, LinkedIn, you Tube, Instagram and WhatsApp groups.

Lead Generation:

Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to generate high-quality leads for both buyers and sellers.

Implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into appointments and potential clients.

Website Management:

Oversee and optimize real estate agent websites to ensure they are user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines.

Regularly update property listings, create engaging content, and enhance the overall online presence.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.

Create compelling articles and posts using HubSpot Content Management to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.

WhatsApp Group Creation and Management:

Develop and manage WhatsApp groups to foster engagement and communication within the real estate community.

Utilize groups to share relevant updates, listings, and facilitate discussions among potential buyers and sellers.

Content Creation:

Write informative and engaging articles for the real estate website, focusing on industry trends, property insights, and local market updates.

Create social media posts and campaigns using HubSpot Content Management to ensure a consistent and appealing brand image.

Email & SMS Marketing:

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, provide valuable content, and promote real estate services.

Utilize HubSpot Email Marketing tools to segment audiences and personalize content for maximum impact.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and email marketing efforts using analytics tools.

Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative marketing strategies to stay competitive.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on real estate promotion.
