𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: Night Shift - 5 days/week (Mon to Fri)

𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 7:30 pm IST to 4:30am IST

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Handle the entire US recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, submission, interview set up, and final placements.

• Understand US employment terms, W2, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.

• Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US

• Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using Boolean Search Strings and online resume database.

• Submitting quality consultants to Onsite Teams with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.

• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status

• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into placements.

• Work extensively with Recruitment Tools - Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Job Diva, LinkedIn & Indeed.com

• Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Research, Referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.

• Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝟏 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 of relevant experience in the staffing industry.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology and related fields preferred

• Ability to understand and analyze technical requirements to seek qualified candidates with matching skillset

• Good written and verbal English communication skills to suit US standards.

• Comfortable working in Night Shifts

• Confidence to work independently and a good team player

• Proactive, self-driven, highly motivated, and aggressive towards making placements.
