Job Overview

Senior PPC Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in production planning and control. This full-time position is located in Tumakuru, Karnataka, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing efficient production plans to meet customer demands.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in production planning and control
• Strong knowledge of tube mill operations and steel tube manufacturing
• Proficiency in production planning tools and software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with inventory management on daily basis
• Knowledge of OEE analysis and endure overall equipment's optimum utilization

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans based on customer demands
• Optimize production processes to ensure efficient use of resources
• Monitor and improve production efficiency through OEE analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow
• Plan and schedule tube mill operations for maximum efficiency
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
• Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely material availability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations
