Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Development Consultant to join our team at IT Path Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Sr. Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international business development, lead generation, online bidding, client communication, end-to-end closure, and sales navigation. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in international business development
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and business closure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficient in using online bidding platforms
- Experience in working with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online bidding platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target segments and industries
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
