As a Software Project Manager specializing in Laravel technology at IT Path Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our Laravel development projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Monitor project progress closely and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the development process.
• Team Management and Leadership:
• Lead and motivate the Laravel development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Client Communication and Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project status, updates, and any changes in requirements.
• Manage client expectations effectively and ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, earning their trust and confidence through transparent and proactive communication.
• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
• Implement best practices and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality Laravel solutions that meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Laravel framework and web development technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
