As a Software Project Manager specializing in Laravel technology at IT Path Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our Laravel development projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Planning and Execution:

o Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure smooth project workflow.

o Monitor project progress closely and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during the development process.

 Team Management and Leadership:

oLead and motivate the Laravel development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

oFoster a collaborative and positive working environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among team members.

oConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.

Client Communication and Stakeholder Management:

oServe as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project status, updates, and any changes in requirements.

oManage client expectations effectively and ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3+ years of proven experience in project management.
