Job Overview


We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our team at IT Path Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound activities, and assisting in business development activities. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role
  • Proven track record in lead generation and outbound activities
  • Strong understanding of the business development process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in using online bidding portals for lead generation
  • Ability to effectively communicate with international clients
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads through various channels, including online bidding portals and direct outreach
  • Conduct outbound activities to identify and reach out to potential clients
  • Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
