Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Business Development Consultant. As a Junior Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, online bidding, and client communication. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our company. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation and online bidding
  • Experience in IT service-based companies is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in web and mobile application concepts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Must be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct online bidding to secure new projects and clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's reach
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
