We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR policies and procedures, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess HR performance and identify areas for improvement.

Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management roles, with a proven track record of success.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
