Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find potential candidates.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluating qualifications and cultural fit.
• Hiring Manager Coordination: Work with department heads to align recruitment with business needs.
• Job Postings: Create and post job ads to attract qualified candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain an updated candidate database.
• On boarding Support: Assist with new hire on boarding, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
• Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s brand by providing a positive candidate experience.
• Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years in HR recruitment or similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
• Organization: Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Tools: Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Interpersonal: Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to assess candidates thoroughly.
