Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior HR Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition to join our team at our Kaushambi District location. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the stipulated 1-3 years.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates thoroughly and fairly.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, etc.
  • Effective candidate screening skills to shortlist the most suitable profiles for various positions.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition strategies to build a strong workforce.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and ensuring candidates fit into organizational norms and culture.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage salary discussions and finalize offers with candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify staffing requirements and create a strong hiring pipeline to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as part of the recruitment planning process.
  • Conduct interviews using diverse and effective interviewing strategies to identify suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and maintain effective communication.
  • Implement new sourcing methods and recruiting trends to keep aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
