The HR Recruiter will play a key role in the HR team, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and supporting daily HR operations. This position requires a dynamic and proactive professional who can handle various HR functions efficiently and ensure a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

#Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

#Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize engagement activities, address employee concerns, and support a positive workplace culture.

#HR Operations: Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with company policies.

#Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, coordinate feedback sessions, and support training initiatives.

#Policy & Compliance: Help implement HR policies, maintain documentation, and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

#Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

#1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to recruitment and employee engagement.

#Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

#Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).

#Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

#Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
