Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive who possesses a passion for market research and negotiation techniques to join our dynamic team. This full-time, entry-level position is located in Kaushambi District. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our business reach and enhancing growth opportunities by leveraging their skills in CRM software, Salesforce, lead generation, and more.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven negotiation techniques to effectively close deals and foster client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong market research skills for identifying potential opportunities and emerging trends (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions and data efficiently.
  • Experience with Salesforce to develop strategies aimed at boosting business growth.
  • Competence in lead generation to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Well-developed networking skills to establish and maintain productive business relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for inbound marketing, sales tools, and CRM functionalities.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis to drive informed business decisions and optimize processes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking and market research.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and facilitate business growth.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track customer data and sales goals.
  • Analyze market data and sales metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform business strategies.
