- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Proficient in using job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Identify potential candidates with relevant IT skills through various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networking sites
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
