Job Description:

Skilled Power BI Developer/Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including Workspace management, Power Query, Dataflow development, Dataset creation, Microsoft Fabric with Power BI and Power BI administration.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI solutions to meet business requirements.

Manage Power BI workspaces, ensuring optimal organization and collaboration among team members.

Utilize Power Query to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI datasets.

Develop and manage Dataflows to automate data preparation tasks and enhance data modeling capabilities.

Create and maintain high-quality datasets to support accurate and insightful reporting and analysis.

Serve as a Power BI subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to users and stakeholders.

Administer Power BI environments, including user access, security settings, and performance monitoring.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop effective Power BI solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices, incorporating them into existing workflows as appropriate.

Leverage Microsoft Fabric to design visually appealing and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer/Administrator, with a strong understanding of Power BI architecture and components.

Proficiency in Workspace management, Power Query, Dataflow development, Dataset creation, and Power BI administration.

Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric for designing engaging and responsive user interfaces.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality Power BI solutions.

Microsoft Power BI certification(s) preferred.
