·        Preparation of BOQ

·        Analysis of Rates & Preparing comparative statements

·        Monitoring contractor bills, checking quantity conformances, and variations

• Maintain bill records and tracker.

·        Knowledge in Auto CAD, MS Excel for quantification & interpretation of drawings

·        Preparing material reconciliation statement

·        Preparation of cost report and cost tracking
