JOB DESCRIPTION

● Experience in design & coordination of Residential projects and Master plan for large scale land parcels under consideration for development

● Coordinate with legal and liasioning team for legal documentation related to the land parcel

● Undertake initial appraisal activities, including area study options and assessment of implied costs and development strategies

● Prepare development plans and other sanction drawings for submission to authorities

● Experience in communicating with authorities for facilitating the approvals

● Assist and share relevant information for preparation of business plan for the land under development

● Coordinate with external architects & service consultants and execution team for design development and smooth flow of the project

● Review and validate the drawings and details released at various site
