Reporting to the Head of Admissions, you will act as Admissions Counselor representing ISSM to prospective students and organizations and work to increase inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students. The successful admissions counselor exhibits superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions. The counselor creates and implements strategies to reach prospective students through events, referrals, online and print communications, and outreaches to business and organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Highlighting the benefits of MBA/PGPM programs, explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.
Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues and external agencies for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's qualification required.
Experience in college admissions may be preferred.
Fluent in English, Malayalam, Telugu & Hindi.
