We are seeking a motivated Purchase Executive to join our team. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating the best deals for our company. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in purchase and be familiar with vendor management and inventory control.

• DME / B.E Mech
• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with vendor management and inventory control
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
• Good understanding of market trends and pricing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors or suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery speed
• Negotiate and secure favorable terms and prices for purchases
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurement needs
• Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and handle vendor disputes
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports on procurement activities
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, prices, and lead times
