Job Overview

This role requires 0 to 5 years of experience in operating CNC / VMC machines. Qualifications and Skills

• 0-5 years of experience operating CNC / VMC machines.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• ITI / DME / B.E Mech.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC / VMC machines to perform machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine setup and specifications.
• Load materials into CNC machines and adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to keep them in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
