PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Automate existing functional and manual regressions test cases using automation tool like Selenium/TestNG

· Design, develop and execute desktop and mobile test automation scripts using SELENIUM/Protractor

· Strong understanding of testing/automation/CORE JAVA concepts.

· Experience on building a Hybrid framework is mandatory.

· Ability to develop, modify and maintain automation tests and frameworks.

· Execute and analyse automation test results and triage the failure

· Troubleshoot test failures, review and report the results, work with development groups to identify and resolve problems.

· Automate the test plan, make them a repeatable process (scripts) for each code check-in. 

· Integrate the tests into CI (Continuous Integration) builds. 

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS – TECHNICAL

· 4 - 8 years of total technical experience in Information Technology in automation domain

· Hands on experience on Selenium Web driver and TestNG

· Experience of Test Automation of UI & API

· Excellent experience in Selenium or Protractor

· Knowledge with API testing tools like Postman

· Hands on experience in JAVA scripting language.

· Should be strong in testing concepts and methodologies like functional, system integration, performance, regression, ad-hoc testing

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS - SOFT

· Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment

· Possess the ability to build constructive business relationships and gain the trust of others

EDUCATION \ Experience

· BE \ BTech from renowned institutions

· 5 to 8 years of total technical experience in Information Technology
