Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Engage in effective and persuasive communication with potential customers over the phone.

2. Fluent in both English and Tamil, with proficiency in other languages being advantageous.

3. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and respond appropriately.

4. Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on existing ones.

5. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.

2. Proficiency in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Basic computer skills.

5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
