Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Mid-Level position, you will be based in one of our multiple locations: Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Namakkal, or Thenkasi. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients, contributing to our organization's growth and success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive market.
- Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Expertise in negotiating deals and closing contracts with clients.
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT services and products we offer to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain professional networks to generate sales leads and business opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our IT services.
- Collaborate with the marketing and internal teams to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are met and mutually beneficial.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management for strategic planning purposes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Participate in networking events and trade shows to expand the company's market presence and generate leads.
