Job Overview

Isoftronics is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Animator to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The successful candidate will bring creativity and technical expertise to develop engaging animations for a variety of projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D (Mandatory skill) to create compelling and high-quality animations.
• Strong experience with Autodesk Maya for 3D modeling and animation projects.
• Expertise in ZBrush for digital sculpting and detailing of 3D models.
• Proficient in character rigging techniques to ensure smooth and realistic character movements.
• Experience using motion capture technology to produce natural and accurate animation sequences.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine for developing real-time animations and integration into game environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve project goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations for a variety of projects, maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver animations that align with client expectations.
• Utilize software tools such as Blender and Cinema 4D for drafting, editing, and refining animations.
• Implement motion capture data into animation sequences and polish movements to achieve realistic character actions.
• Develop character rigs that provide animators with intuitive and efficient control for character manipulation.
• Work with Unreal Engine to integrate animations into interactive projects when required.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D animation to continually enhance our projects.
• Provide input and feedback during creative meetings, offering suggestions for improving processes and outcomes.
