Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Digital Marketing professional to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to grow within our esteemed organization and make significant contributions to our digital marketing strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM to enhance the company's online visibility and search rankings.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing to create and manage engaging content across various platforms.
  • Experience in content marketing to develop and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
  • Proficiency in email marketing to build and maintain robust email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Analytical skills to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Hands-on experience with PPC advertising to generate traffic and increase sales through pay-per-click ad campaigns.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive digital strategies that align with business goals and drive overall growth.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and websites.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to drive SEO strategies and improve website ranking.
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates to adapt strategies for better performance.
  • Create compelling and high-quality content for blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data to optimize ad spend and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and overall performance metrics.
