Job Overview


We are looking for a Banquet Sales Manager to join our team at Ironhill India, the World's Largest Microbrewery. As the Banquet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving banquet sales and ensuring the success of our events. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the sales and hospitality industry. The job is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time role.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Drive banquet sales by actively prospecting and acquiring new clients

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure flawless execution of events
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our banquet services
  • Manage the banquet sales team and provide guidance and support
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
