- Skilled in screening resumes and filtering candidates for open positions based on job requirements.
- Proficiency in conducting preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Capability to maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and detailed information effectively.
- Proficient in data entry tasks and managing information confidentiality in a meticulous manner.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Strong organizational skills for managing recruitment processes and handling administrative duties efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure a seamless recruitment process with thorough and precise documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels and developing recruitment strategies.
