Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is a full-time role that involves creating compelling visuals aligned with our training content. The ideal candidate will be adept at using the Adobe Creative Suite, alongside other design platforms to support our training materials and business communications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Mandatory skill).
• Strong illustration skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute creative designs (Mandatory skill).
• Video editing skills using relevant software to enhance training materials (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in layout design to ensure information is presented clearly and effectively.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively through visual communication.
• Experience in creating digital designs for a variety of media formats.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW for diverse design tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating vector graphics and designs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral to support our training programs.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand as needed.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and ensure that graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Edit videos to align with e-learning content and enhance training offerings.
• Collaborate with the training team to conceptualize a design approach that meets user needs.
• Review final layouts with trainers and suggest improvements if required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to bring innovative ideas to training sessions.
• Handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality graphics within given deadlines.
