Job Overview

As a Graphics Designer and Video Editor at Irizpro Learning Solutions, you will play a

critical role in developing visual content that enhances our educational products, marketing

campaigns, and brand identity. This role requires a blend of creativity, design software skills,

and an eye for engaging content, especially for online and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Graphic Design

○ Develop eye-catching graphics for various digital media, including social media

posts, websites, presentations, and advertising materials.

○ Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create visuals that support

learning objectives and marketing goals.

○ Ensure consistency in designs with our brand style guide and visual standards.

○ Stay updated with design trends, incorporating them into projects to keep our

content fresh and relevant.

● Video Editing

○ Edit short videos to support marketing initiatives and educational content,

ensuring they are optimized for digital and social media platforms.

○ Create basic motion graphics for added impact in videos and presentations.

○ Manage audio, graphics, and text elements within videos to ensure a cohesive

message.

○ Export and organize video content in various formats suitable for different

platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

● Experience Level: Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in

graphic design and basic video editing.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual

Communication, or a related field.

● Technical Skills:

○ Design Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially

Photoshop and Illustrator) or other similar design tools.

○ Basic Video Editing Skills: Exposure to tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie,

or similar software.

○ Creativity and Visual Aesthetic: A strong eye for layout, color, and typography.

○ Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure quality and brand consistency in all designs

and edits.

○ Time Management: Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting

deadlines.

Nice to Have

● Basic understanding of animation tools like After Effects.

● Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media content trends.
