Job Overview
We are seeking a Client Success Associate Executive to join our team in Pune. This full-time position is ideal for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction by assisting in the management of client relationships and enhancing their engagement with our training solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Ability to manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize their satisfaction.
- Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information and resolve issues.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions to improve client experiences.
- Account Management: Skills in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge about the company's training solutions to effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to clients.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client feedback and data to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on new offerings and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of training solutions.
- Analyze client data to determine engagement levels and pivotal areas of improvement.
- Organize and coordinate client meetings, training sessions, and feedback sessions.
- Provide support to clients in resolving any issues or concerns about training sessions.
- Prepare reports on client engagement and expertise levels gained through training.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional training programs.
