Job Overview

Irizpro Learning Solutions is seeking a Business Development Intern for our Pune location. This is an internship position suitable for freshers, with a required work experience of 0 to 1 year. The intern will partake in various activities aimed at expanding our market presence and building relationships with prospective clients. Ideal candidates will possess mandatory market research and on-field work skills, with a focus on developing sales strategies and client relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong market research abilities to identify business opportunities and assess competition effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Capability to perform on-field work, interacting directly with potential clients to gather insights and establish connections (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding sales strategies to develop and implement approaches for increasing customer acquisition and retention.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, using various tools and techniques to convert prospects into clients.
  • Ability to manage client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying areas for additional services.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying information and fostering collaboration within a team.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate data and develop insights for decision-making processes and strategic planning.
  • Presentation skills to confidently showcase our services and value propositions to potential clients and partners.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for business development and growth.
  • Engage in fieldwork to gather market data and build relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and drive customer acquisition.
  • Generate leads through various channels and convert them into enduring business relationships.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying up-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling presentations and marketing materials.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform business strategy.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, providing input and insights to improve overall sales efforts.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
