Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (Social Media Marketing)

Profile Overview:
Irizpro Learning Solutions, a dynamic digital marketing agency, is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, and a solid understanding of trend awareness and analytics. This role involves managing social media accounts, developing and optimizing ad campaigns, and engaging with our audience to drive lead generation and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee and optimize our social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to ensure brand consistency, effective engagement, and audience growth.
- Ad Posting and Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on various platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Create and Curate Content: Design and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with campaign objectives and brand voice. Ensure content is timely, relevant, and resonates with target audiences.
- Develop Campaign Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize targeted social media campaigns and content calendars designed to achieve specific marketing goals.
- Monitor Performance: Use analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of both paid and organic social media activities. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Engage with the Audience: Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering positive community interaction and enhancing user engagement.
- Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution and strategy.
- Assist with Paid Advertising: Support the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Report Metrics: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign success to stakeholders. Adjust strategies based on performance data to ensure continued improvement and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-12 months of experience in social media management or a related field, with a focus on running paid ad campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising options, including Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation. Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
